- Portfolio review by an existing expert in the same craft. They look for finishing skill specifically, not just output.
- Paid trial job: a real piece of after-AI work with a real definition of done. You are paid for it whether or not you are accepted.
- Identity check so that the name on approvals and disclosures is a real person.

Earnings and payouts

A job, from your side
What a good after-AI job looks like.
- You see the AI output, the prompt if shared, the definition of done and the funded budget before you say yes.
- You can propose a tighter definition or a quote at Match. The requester agrees before you start.
- You work on the job, posting changes against the source. Questions go to the requester there.
- You submit. One revision round is included. Anything beyond the definition is new scope, priced by you.
- Approval releases payment. The record, with permission, joins your public profile.
