Your work, and the other side's, handled carefully.
Jobs hold unreleased work from requesters and skilled changes from experts, plus money moving between them. This page describes how we protect that. We list only what is in place today and update it when that changes.
Encryption in transit
All traffic to this site and to the application is served over HTTPS with modern TLS. Plain HTTP redirects to HTTPS.
Job-level access
Job material is visible only to the requester, the matched expert, reviewers the requester adds, and a dispute reviewer if one is assigned. Experts browsing open jobs see the brief and definition of done, not private files, until matched. Administrative tooling runs on a separate, restricted domain for authorised staff only.
Payments by a regulated provider
Funds are held and paid out by a third-party payment provider. We do not store card numbers or bank details on our servers. Expert identity checks are performed by the same provider as part of payout onboarding.
Provenance and audit
Approvals, rejections, disputes, stage changes and payments are recorded with the actor and time. The AI source captured at Post stays attached to the job. Records are exportable by the requester.
No training on your work
After AI Work contains no generative model and does not use requesters' outputs, experts' changes, prompts or messages to train one. Your AI tools are yours; we manage what happens after.
Data location and backups
Application data is stored on managed infrastructure with routine encrypted backups. Specific regions and retention periods are documented in the app's settings for your account.
Confidentiality between the parties
Experts may not reuse or show job material outside the job without the requester's permission. Requesters may not share an expert's proposal or interim work outside the job. Violations end the account.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you find a security issue, contact us with "Security" as the topic. We acknowledge reports promptly and do not pursue good-faith researchers.
